At VANOMi online shop, we pride ourselves on offering excellent designs and reliable products. Each item undergoes rigorous testing by our QA team to ensure it functions perfectly before being carefully packed and sent to you. We guarantee the quality of our products.
However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with the items you receive, we make it simple for you to exchange or receive a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. And mostly we are unable to stop the shipment or refund the shipping cost.
To prevent any inconvenience, please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel your order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to assist you promptly.
Defective Items
If you discover a defect in your product, we're here to help make it right. Here’s what you need to do:
- Provide your order number.
- Take clear photographs or videos of the defective product from different angles, and if possible, retain the original packaging and take photos of the box it arrived in.
- A brief description of the issue you're experiencing.

Returns (If Applicable)
We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. That's why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact our customer service team within 30 days. We'll provide the return address.
Please note that customized orders or items are not eligible for returns under this policy.
Return Fees
VONOMi has a straightforward return policy. If you decide to return a product for personal reasons, you'll cover the shipping costs. However, if the problem is caused by us, we will cover the shipping costs.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we'll promptly notify you via email about your refund status. If approved, refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours for PayPal and 7-10 business days for credit card transactions, depending on your bank's processing times. Please allow sufficient time for the funds to be processed back into your account. If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at service@myvanomi.com for assistance.
If your refund request is declined, we'll explain why and suggest either a revised refund amount or an alternative solution. If you disagree with our decision, please share more details so we can reassess the matter.
Note: Once we've processed and sent your refund, any further steps are handled by third-party providers like PayPal, banks, or credit card companies. If need, we can issue a refund voucher for you.
