Free Delivery
Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that some locations such as Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, APO, FPO, DPO, and international orders may not be eligible for free shipping.
Delivery Time
We process and ship your orders within 1-2 business days. For items in stock, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Pre-ordered items may have longer shipping times, typically 2-4 weeks.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and LTL for shipping. For bulk orders, please reach out to us at service@myvanomi.com.
Delivery Coordination
For a seamless delivery experience, our carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours in advance to schedule a delivery time during business hours. Please inform us of any delivery specifics, such as access limitations or alternate delivery locations.
Small items are shipped via courier and will be left at your doorstep if you're not available. No signature is required.
Special Delivery Requirements
If you have special delivery needs, such as access to a narrow driveway or a ferry-required island location, please let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply for special arrangements.
Multi-Dwelling Residences
For shipments to multi-dwelling residences, someone must be present to receive the delivery. Missed delivery appointments may incur additional fees.
Storage Fees
If delivery isn't scheduled within 5 days of the carrier's first contact, a daily storage fee may apply. Please return the carrier's call promptly or contact them soon to avoid storage fees.
Order Monitoring
We encourage you to monitor your order status and create an account with us for easy tracking. We'll notify you once your order has shipped or is ready for delivery.
Assembly and Installation
While our delivery service does not include installation, all items come with the necessary tools and parts for assembly. Should you need assistance, our customer service team is here to help.
Damaged Items
Inspect your items upon arrival for any damages. If you find any issues, contact us within 24 hours. For severe damage, refuse the delivery and note "Refused Due to Damage" on the bill of lading.
Claims Process
To assist with damage claims, retain all packaging, contact us immediately, and follow the carrier's claims process. We may request photos or videos to facilitate the resolution.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Errors in the address may result in delays or returned shipments. We will only resend your order once it has been returned to us by the courier. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipment.
